Jim believes that open and honest communication on every level has contributed to the success MapleRidge. He and his team keep cost over-runs and other surprises to a minimum as the continue to build custom homes, remodel and renovate existing homes. 

Jim and his supervisors are directly involved in all aspects of your custom home or renovation. From architectural design, construction plans, material selection through the certificate of occupancy and warranty period.

They maintain close relationships with several skilled architects to aid us in developing unique, creative designs that are not only visually appealing, but functional and practical as well.
